Supports the taxation team with tax document preparation and review, tax reorganizations, international tax research, briefing notes, tender processes, legislative and jurisprudence monitoring, compliance matters, and ad hoc projects. The intern collaborates with Singapore and Montreal teams and external tax consultants while assisting with transactional and post-investment tax issues.

Supports APAC real estate investment and portfolio management activities through investment opportunity assessment, fundamental analysis, financial modeling, sensitivity analysis, industry research, portfolio monitoring, economic trend research, and preparation of reports and presentations for decision-making committees.

Support the Singapore infrastructure team with financial modeling, valuation analysis, due diligence coordination, investment committee materials, portfolio company monitoring, market and sector research, and preparation of internal/external reports and presentations.
