Leads the relationship between the CIO organization and Asia Pacific leadership, aligning technology initiatives with business priorities. Develops technology roadmaps, oversees project portfolios, manages budgets and KPIs, drives digital transformation and organizational change, and promotes emerging technology adoption. Builds executive relationships, influences stakeholders, manages risks, and delivers measurable business value through technology solutions.

Provide technical leadership and architectural oversight for enterprise GIS platforms. Design cloud-native and hybrid geospatial architectures, lead migrations and upgrades, manage geospatial data and integrations, support security and disaster recovery initiatives, troubleshoot complex infrastructure and application issues, and coordinate vendors and stakeholders. The role also develops technical documentation, performs solution assessments, and supports reliable, scalable, and sustainable GIS operations.

Plan and execute technology projects by defining scope, milestones, dependencies, resources, risks, budgets, and deliverables. Coordinate cross-functional technical, account, and partner teams; facilitate governance meetings; track progress and SLAs; resolve issues; and communicate project status to customers and stakeholders. Build trusted customer partnerships, support collaboration, and ensure projects meet quality, efficiency, and customer-expectation targets.
