Teams at Kraken Digital Asset Exchange

Lead Kraken’s policy and government-relations strategy across APAC, initially focusing on Singapore and other Asian markets. Develop policy positions, engage regulators and policymakers, monitor legislative and regulatory developments, advise internal teams, represent the company through trade associations, and collaborate with regulatory, compliance, communications, product, and engineering teams. The role requires strong financial-services policy expertise, regional networks, and willingness to travel.

Provide product and regulatory legal support for Payward’s APAC operations, advising on crypto, derivatives, tokenized equities, custody, staking, payments, licensing, regulatory correspondence, and product launches. Manage outside counsel, licensing initiatives, and jurisdiction-specific regulatory work across markets including Singapore, Hong Kong, Kazakhstan, Pakistan, and the Philippines. Translate complex regulations into practical business guidance while independently managing a broad, multi-time-zone workload.
