Teams at Kong

Serve as a technical advisor and pre-sales lead for Kong's API and AI connectivity platform. Support sales through discovery, POCs, technical validation, demos, workshops, and deal strategy. Mentor junior SEs, produce technical docs and thought leadership, and influence product direction through customer feedback. Focus areas include API management, AI/LLM governance, Model Context Protocol, semantic caching, prompt guardrails, and agentic AI architectures.

Responsible for selling Kong Enterprise Platform to public sector accounts, developing strategy, meeting quotas, and collaborating with internal teams while maintaining customer relationships.

The PS Sales Consultant will engage with customers to sell professional services, manage sales opportunities, and collaborate with sales teams to enhance customer value.
