Coordinates engineering work for complex elevator and escalator projects from initial start-up through handover to maintenance. Responsibilities include costing change orders, developing specifications and layouts, coordinating lead times and engineering specialists, ensuring solutions are installable, maintainable, compliant, and aligned with customer requirements. The role also supports project managers, installation and maintenance teams, supply engineering, quality management, and product standardization.

Develops modernization sales opportunities with new KONE customers, selling elevator and escalator modernizations, replacements, people flow solutions, and digital offerings. Manages customer relationships, identifies needs, handles RFQs, prepares pricing, negotiates contracts, maintains sales funnel data, reports in CRM, gathers market intelligence, supports collections, and achieves individual sales targets.
