The Learning & Development Business Partner leads L&D initiatives, manages training programs, consults on development needs, and ensures safety training compliance for KONE personnel and subcontractors.

Proactively develop customer relationships and generate modernization, replacement and digital-solution sales. Manage RFQs, pricing, contracts, CRM reporting, sales funnel, market intelligence, and cross-selling to meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Provide 24/7 remote technical help desk and site support for maintenance technicians, troubleshoot KRM devices and connections, log cases in THD, create knowledge base articles, support training and sales maintainability assessments, monitor team KPIs, and ensure safety and quality reporting.
