Develops modernization sales opportunities with new KONE customers, selling elevator and escalator modernizations, replacements, people flow solutions, and digital offerings. Manages customer relationships, identifies needs, handles RFQs, prepares pricing, negotiates contracts, maintains sales funnel data, reports in CRM, gathers market intelligence, supports collections, and achieves individual sales targets.

Coordinates engineering activities for complex elevator and escalator projects from initial handoff through maintenance. Responsibilities include costing change orders, developing technical specifications and layouts, coordinating engineering specialists and supply operations, validating site conditions, ensuring installability and maintainability, managing lead times, and maintaining compliance with codes, safety, environmental requirements, and KONE engineering policies.
