Own customer onboarding from sale through go-live across APAC, managing implementation plans, timelines, integrations, technical troubleshooting, marketing strategy, and stakeholder relationships. Monitor onboarding health, resolve issues, document best practices, run post-mortems, and provide product feedback. As a founding Singapore team member, improve scalable onboarding processes and help customers achieve early platform value and revenue outcomes.

Manage and expand strategic partnerships across Southeast Asia, Japan, Greater China, and South Korea. Recruit and develop GSIs, SIs, agencies, MSPs, OSPs, and other services partners; create joint business plans; drive co-selling, partner-led demand generation, pipeline, revenue, and market expansion. Build executive relationships, lead business reviews, shape services-led go-to-market initiatives, and collaborate cross-functionally on partner activation and customer adoption. Travel across Asia may be required.

As an Account Executive at Klaviyo, you will manage the sales cycle, qualify opportunities, and collaborate across departments to drive success. You will focus on closing deals in the Mid-Enterprise segment while providing guidance to peers and transforming workflows with AI integration.

Manage the full sales cycle for MarTech SaaS in the Greater China export eCommerce market: build and manage pipeline, close net-new revenue, engage C-suite and marketing stakeholders, mentor peers, and leverage AI-driven workflows to scale territory performance.
