The Product Marketing Manager will support business priorities for KLA’s semiconductor inspection, metrology, and analytics product portfolio. The role focuses on advancing product marketing initiatives within the Semiconductor Products and Customers business unit, serving chip manufacturers across AI, data centers, automotive, and electronics markets. The position requires substantial experience in the semiconductor technology industry and a relevant advanced or bachelor’s degree.

Designs, integrates, aligns, tests, and analyzes optical hardware for semiconductor inspection systems. Requires optical laboratory experience, mechanical integration, Python or MATLAB scripting, Zemax modeling, thin-film coating knowledge, cleanroom work, and data collection using cameras and power meters. The role also involves optical tolerancing, image processing, vendor coordination, CAD review, and communicating technical findings within a collaborative team.

Lead system and subsystem integration, testing, characterization, and specification activities for semiconductor inspection systems. Define architectures, create test plans, resolve complex optical-mechanical and system issues, and support manufacturing and field service teams. Deliver technical training, maintain documentation, coordinate cross-functional projects, report progress and risks, and contribute to product strategy and roadmap alignment. Requires an advanced technical degree and preferably more than three years of relevant experience, with up to 20% international travel.
