Industrialize new products and support manufacturing ramps by partnering with Design Engineering. Resolve system-level manufacturing and field issues, lead root cause analysis and corrective actions, maintain assembly documentation and ECO plans, improve supplier quality and manufacturing processes, and provide technical production support for quality and on-time delivery.

Develop and execute sourcing strategies, lead supplier relationships and negotiations, manage supplier business reviews and scorecards, ensure supply chain compliance, and drive technical solutions with internal and external partners. The role requires a technical engineering degree or equivalent and relevant experience in engineering, product development, manufacturing operations, supply chain, or procurement. Domestic and international travel may be required.

Develops and supports optical wafer inspection tools by resolving front-end issues, creating system specifications and test methods, reviewing design changes, preparing engineering documentation, and supporting field escalations and beta testing. The role requires troubleshooting, experimentation, data analysis, technical drawing and BOM interpretation, and collaboration with development engineering teams. Travel of up to 25% is expected.
