Own and steward LeanIX- and Snowflake-based Enterprise Architecture products, translate business needs into user stories, run agile delivery (Jira), build dashboards and wireframes, ensure data integrity and taxonomy consistency, drive adoption through training and stakeholder engagement, and support product strategy with the Senior Product Manager.

Drive new customer acquisition and product expansion within assigned territory. Achieve sales targets, develop territory coverage plans, support accounts, manage budgets, prepare sales activity reports, and lead sales initiatives while ensuring regulatory and company policy compliance.

Lead strategic communications, stakeholder engagement and public affairs across Australia and New Zealand. Develop and execute reputation, issues and employee communications; advise cross-functional leaders; manage agencies; support crisis readiness; monitor external trends; build stakeholder relationships; measure communications effectiveness to support business priorities and trust in Kenvue and its brands.
