Lead the technical direction and evolution of an enterprise Design System. Design and maintain accessible reusable components, define front-end architecture and standards, govern versioning and releases, drive adoption across applications, and champion WCAG compliance. The role includes architecture reviews, stakeholder collaboration, code reviews, technical mentoring, developer enablement, and leadership of front-end engineering initiatives using modern web technologies, micro frontends, automated testing, and monorepo tooling.

Reviews and approves high- and highest-risk private banking client relationships in Singapore. Responsibilities include periodic KYC/CDD reviews, source-of-wealth assessment, client risk assessments, name screening, transaction reviews, suspicious activity investigation, regulatory escalations, audit support, and process improvement. The role collaborates with relationship managers, AML/KYC, risk, documentation, regulators, auditors, and international stakeholders while ensuring compliance with AML/CFT and MAS requirements.

Supports Relationship Managers and Group Heads with private banking client administration, meeting preparation, customized reporting, presentations, travel and expense coordination, and project initiatives. Maintains accurate client documentation, manages compliance and risk-control activities, follows up on deficiencies, records client interactions, and escalates concerns. Requires client-service orientation, private banking product knowledge, financial markets awareness, regulatory understanding, and representation under MAS SFA and/or FAA.
