Supports Relationship Managers and Group Heads with private banking client administration, meeting preparation, reporting, presentations, expense claims, and business initiatives. Manages client documentation, requests, orders, and follow-up while ensuring accurate records, regulatory compliance, risk escalation, and timely resolution of deficiencies. Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders, contributes to process improvements, and helps deliver high-quality service to grow and manage the client base.

Leads Singapore HR operations and a team of four HR Consultants. Partners with senior management on workforce planning, succession, talent management, performance, compensation, organizational development, recruitment, and complex employee matters. Represents HR on management committees, oversees local HR projects, ensures policy adherence, and manages risk, governance, ethical conduct, and regulatory compliance across the function.

Supports Relationship Managers and Group Heads with client administration, meeting preparation, reporting, documentation, travel organization, expense claims, and customized client requests. Assists with investment proposals, marketing activities, projects, and process improvements. Maintains accurate client records, supports risk and compliance controls, follows up on deficiencies, and escalates concerns. Provides high-quality client service while ensuring adherence to private banking regulations, internal policies, and ethical standards.
