Provides production technology support for banking applications across the Asia Pacific region in a follow-the-sun model. Responsibilities include managing incidents, coordinating escalations, monitoring production environments, performing post-incident analysis, implementing preventative measures, maintaining application standards, and improving support tools and processes using SRE principles. The role requires troubleshooting full-stack systems, supporting business users, and driving issue resolution across global technology teams and vendors.

Lead end-to-end software delivery for regulatory reporting systems within Payments Technology. Develop, review, debug, and optimize secure production code, data pipelines, and reporting workloads using Python, PySpark, Spark, and Databricks. Establish AI-assisted engineering practices, validation standards, automation, and SDLC governance. Partner with stakeholders on data quality, lineage, reconciliation, and audit controls while providing technical direction and serving as a subject matter expert.

Oversee APAC HR regulatory compensation matters, with emphasis on China. Advise HR teams, interpret regulatory changes, manage compliance projects and submissions, coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and Audit, and support governance and stakeholder alignment across regional and global teams.
