Responsibilities include resiliency design reviews, incident leadership, service level objectives, observability, automation, CI/CD, troubleshooting, AI-assisted reliability workflows, technical mentoring, and architecture guidance. The role focuses on improving reliability, scalability, security, performance, and operational efficiency across large enterprise environments, with preferred expertise in Active Directory, ADFS, Microsoft technologies, Linux, proxy systems, and monitoring platforms.
