Represent J&J MedTech surgical products to surgeons and nurses, achieve account sales targets, develop new business, provide clinical product training, maintain customer relationships and account records, collaborate cross-functionally, manage samples and expenses, and contribute to product portfolio planning to improve patient outcomes.

Lead and standardize customer service and logistics operations across Southeast Asia, driving service performance, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement. Manage KPIs, customer escalations, 3PL relationships, compliance, and capability building for regional Customer Solutions teams. Support transformation initiatives and ensure audit readiness and risk mitigation.

Lead regional international tax compliance across ASPAC, overseeing corporate income tax, withholding tax, statutory filings, audits, and cross-border tax matters. Partner with Finance, Legal, and external advisors to manage risk, support transactions and restructurings, implement process improvements and automation, and mentor regional tax team members to strengthen governance and controls.
