As a Sales Manager, you will develop relationships with prestigious customers, provide technical solutions, and work closely with project teams during sales processes to meet customer needs.

Support customer quotations and business development for composite applications: create CAD models, cost estimates, BOMs, technical presentations, and collaborate with engineering, sales, and ops. Travel to customer sites to assess requirements and propose composite-based solutions incorporating timing, costing, and resources.

18-month rotational graduate program developing multidisciplinary engineering skills across BMS, HVAC, controls, electrical, mechanical, and digital solutions for smart buildings and data centers. Participants design control programming, assess chiller performance, implement OpenBlue solutions, contribute to mission-critical projects, undertake a full-cycle project, and receive mentoring.
