Designs scalable thermal management and facility water solutions for data centers, including air-, liquid-, and hybrid-cooled systems. Develops reference designs, technical specifications, application guides, and industry materials; supports customers and internal teams; engages consulting engineers and mission-critical design communities; and collaborates with R&D, product management, training, and technical support. Requires deep mechanical cooling and data center experience, strong communication skills, and global customer engagement.

Leads APAC marketing strategy, demand generation, integrated campaigns, account-based marketing, partner marketing, events, and customer lifecycle programs. Manages a geographically distributed marketing team and regional budget while partnering with sales, channel partners, and business leaders to drive pipeline, revenue, conversion, retention, and customer expansion. Oversees digital marketing, funnel optimization, campaign localization, KPI reporting, and ROI-focused execution across multiple countries.

Supports customers by identifying needs, providing basic technical guidance, preparing and following up on quotations, and coordinating sales opportunities. Maintains customer relationships, manages Salesforce pipelines, supports forecasting and order fulfillment, collaborates with sales, service, product, factory, and technical teams, and develops knowledge of engineered water mechanical and special hazard foam systems. The role also uses SAP for analysis and participates in factory order-fulfillment meetings.
