Manage interior fit-out and refurbishment projects from initiation through completion. Coordinate vendors, prepare specifications, tenders and procurement, monitor schedule, budget, quality and risk, produce stakeholder reports, and ensure projects deliver within timelines and budgets.

Supports cost management across fit-out and refurbishment projects from tendering through completion. Prepares cost estimates, tender documents, bills of quantities, bid comparisons, purchase orders, and cost reports. Coordinates procurement, evaluates and negotiates supplier and contractor pricing, administers contracts, verifies invoices, and maintains vendor relationships and databases. Manages multiple projects, budgets, timelines, and stakeholders while supporting vendor onboarding and prequalification.
