Welcome visitors, manage calls, coordinate conference room bookings (EMS/Book-It), create and track facilities tickets via ServiceNow, support mail/print/courier/pantry services, assist events and office moves, and maintain a pristine reception area.

Manage workplace vendors, contractors, cleaning, maintenance, assets, emergencies, and employee requests. Monitor service quality, safety, and workplace experience; maintain asset registers and maintenance schedules; analyze workplace data and KPIs; prepare reports; support EHS and emergency response programs; and identify operational improvements. The role requires facility management experience, vendor coordination, customer service, strong organization and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Leads technical engineering development for large-scale data centre construction projects. Responsibilities include coordinating internal teams, clients, vendors, contractors, and third parties; reviewing designs and proposals; managing risks, issues, quality checks, commissioning, defect rectification, documentation, and handover. The role also prepares progress reports, tracks mitigation actions, and recommends improvements to engineering systems related to technology, cost, schedule, and operations.
