Leads cross-functional supply chain initiatives, process improvements, SAP solutions, automation, workflow applications, and business intelligence projects. Analyzes requirements, designs and deploys solutions, manages stakeholders, documents and tests processes, establishes performance metrics, and supports training and implementation. Develops Power Automate workflows, Power Apps applications, Power BI dashboards, and RPA solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, scalability, and decision-making across supply chain operations.

Support and maintain QMS (ISO 9001), monitor and improve manufacturing process quality, lead investigations and root cause analysis, implement CAPA, support audits, supplier quality, FAIs and NPIs, use statistical tools and lead continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma) initiatives to reduce defects and improve customer satisfaction.

The Business Systems Analyst conducts process analyses, prepares specifications, and collaborates across teams to enhance IT systems and support business goals.
