Manages global planning and inventory control across manufacturing sites. Leads demand planning, master production scheduling, capacity analysis, product launches, site transfers, inventory disposition, forecasting, and supply continuity. Develops materials strategies, planning systems, performance metrics, and cost-reduction initiatives while coaching materials teams and supporting customer relationships, meetings, presentations, and audits. Requires strong logistics, financial, analytical, communication, change management, customs, and international tax knowledge.

Leads healthcare and IVD manufacturing transfer programs from technology transfer through mass-production release. Directs process, test, quality, manufacturing, automation, validation, regulatory, and NPI engineering activities; ensures manufacturing readiness, equipment and process qualification, ISO 13485 compliance, audit readiness, customer communication, risk management, and post-launch stabilization. Coaches engineering teams and owns technical decision gates, validation approvals, and production-release recommendations.
