Designs and maintains test procedures, hardware, and software for circuit board production; supports manufacturing with failure analysis and tester debugging; develops test documentation, reports, and recommends test conditions; directs fabrication and calibration of test apparatus; performs data analysis and trains production test staff while following ISO/QS standards.

The Engineering Change Engineer creates and maintains manufacturing documentation, supports Engineering Change Orders and New Product Introduction, ensures process efficiency, and trains team members while adhering to ISO standards.
