Lead logistics and delivery of regional professional development events (face-to-face, virtual, blended). Manage budgeting, vendor contracts, venue and hotel procurement, on-site leadership, registration, exhibitor processes, event QA, reporting, and cross-functional CRM integrations. Mentor junior staff, support special projects, and travel up to 30%.

Lead systems analysis to gather and translate complex business requirements into technical specifications. Drive workshops, assess technical impacts, manage the technical product backlog, and produce standards-based documentation. Troubleshoot incidents, support vendor and distributed development teams, liaise with infrastructure/security/architecture groups, and guide platform integrations focused on CRM and identity data flows. Recommend technical solutions, contribute to NFRs, and mentor team members to ensure successful delivery of enterprise applications.

Support recruitment, training, allocation and ongoing management of IB Educators across four IB programmes. Maintain accurate educator data, respond to queries, support certification and community activities, provide data for projects and improvements, and collaborate with IT and internal teams to resolve data issues and improve processes while ensuring compliance with regulations.
