Teams at International Baccalaureate

Lead and coordinate Professional Development (PD) delivery for GDS accounts, especially South Korea; manage providers, schedule events, ensure quality and enrollment targets, liaise across departments, support bidding and contracts, provide reporting and tier-2 support, and prototype localized PD strategies.

Partner with business leaders to produce monthly financial reports, forecasts, and analyses. Support budgeting, accruals, variance analysis, and input to Oracle. Deliver timely analytical reports to inform decisions, assist budget holders with plans and presentations, and complete special projects to develop consistent metrics.

Manage and grow partnerships with schools, ensuring successful implementation of IB programmes. Analyze data to identify risks and opportunities, and support schools throughout the IB programme lifecycle.
