Teams at International Baccalaureate

Serve as regional HR Business Partner delivering end-to-end HR services for designated departments: talent management, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, HRIS data ownership, employee relations, compliance, analytics/reporting, and participation in global HR projects to optimize HR service delivery.

Lead logistics and delivery of regional professional development events (face-to-face, virtual, blended). Manage budgeting, vendor contracts, venue and hotel procurement, on-site leadership, registration, exhibitor processes, event QA, reporting, and cross-functional CRM integrations. Mentor junior staff, support special projects, and travel up to 30%.

Lead and coordinate Professional Development (PD) delivery for GDS accounts, especially South Korea; manage providers, schedule events, ensure quality and enrollment targets, liaise across departments, support bidding and contracts, provide reporting and tier-2 support, and prototype localized PD strategies.
