Performs trade and position reconciliations, post-trade settlement processing, corporate action and dividend event processing, and derivatives settlement and expiry oversight. Supports Singapore market and client activity across global markets while operating proprietary clearing systems, resolving operational issues, and contributing to automation, risk mitigation, and process efficiency.

Handles global client inquiries through email, tickets, live chat, and phone. Educates clients on trading platforms and the full trading cycle, including funding, transfers, corporate actions, margin calculations, and statement reconciliation. Troubleshoots issues, follows up, escalates appropriately, and coordinates with Legal, Compliance, Risk, IT, Cashiering, Clearing, and other global teams. Requires financial product knowledge, strong analytical skills, English fluency, and an undergraduate degree.
