Lead pre-sales and post-sales applications engineering teams supporting semiconductor metrology products. Provide technical sales support, product demonstrations, customer solution specifications, and field feedback to product and marketing teams. Manage personnel, oversee customer engagements, and ensure reliable installation and customized application delivery.

Develop and evaluate new measurement methodologies and characterization plans for semiconductor metrology. Translate customer needs into product requirements, perform experimental design, data analysis, benchmarking, and collaborate with Product Marketing and Engineering. Support product positioning and customer deployments; travel as required.

Provide on-site and remote applications support for semiconductor inspection systems, create Dragonfly recipes, troubleshoot, train customers and internal teams, collaborate cross-functionally, and support application development and installations.
