Develop and validate AI-driven algorithms for advanced optical metrology and semiconductor analytics. Responsibilities include researching methodologies, analyzing technical data, prototyping and fine-tuning machine learning models, benchmarking performance, defining product features, writing software requirements, and collaborating with application, product, marketing, and software engineering teams to deploy reliable production solutions.

Design, implement, and maintain complex software applications. Lead team members and ensure software quality, staying current with relevant technologies.

Develop and validate advanced algorithms, physics-based models, and ML/data-fusion methods for CD-SAXS and OCD metrology. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype, test, and transition research into production-ready solutions; publish papers and file patents. Improve measurement accuracy, robustness, and computational efficiency for semiconductor metrology.

Develop and evaluate new measurement methodologies and characterization plans for semiconductor metrology. Translate customer needs into product requirements, perform experimental design, data analysis, benchmarking, and collaborate with Product Marketing and Engineering. Support product positioning and customer deployments; travel as required.

Provide on-site and remote applications support for semiconductor inspection systems, create Dragonfly recipes, troubleshoot, train customers and internal teams, collaborate cross-functionally, and support application development and installations.

Provide on-site and remote applications engineering support for semiconductor customers: create Dragonfly system recipes, troubleshoot and resolve process control issues, perform product installations, train customers and staff, collaborate with HQ and cross-functional teams, validate inspection results, and support application development and customer presentations. Based in Singapore with possible overseas travel.

Provide on-site and remote applications support for semiconductor inspection systems including recipe creation, troubleshooting, installations, training, and cross-department collaboration. Configure systems, validate results, present findings, and liaise with headquarters for customized solutions. May require Singapore-based presence and overseas travel.

Design, develop, and maintain robust C++ software for metrology systems; translate customer needs into requirements; optimize and troubleshoot existing software; recommend improvements; and collaborate across teams with systems-level understanding of metrology tools.
