The role requires cross-functional stakeholder management, strong communication, analytical business judgment, and knowledge of Microsoft and broader technology ecosystems.

Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives for enterprise accounts, identify technology opportunities, build vendor and customer relationships, generate and close sales opportunities, prepare proposals, enable partners, collaborate with marketing and technical teams, and monitor performance metrics to achieve revenue and market growth targets.

Implements, configures, and supports SIEM/SOC, PAM, endpoint, and EDR cybersecurity solutions. Creates technical documentation, designs, use cases, and playbooks; delivers demonstrations, proofs of concept, presales support, and customer consultations. Leads requirements discovery, solution architecture, troubleshooting, integrations, knowledge transfer, and managed support engagements. Collaborates with vendors and advises customers on security infrastructure, customization, compliance, and business needs.
