Manage specialized and structured lending transactions across project, object, corporate, and asset-based finance. Responsibilities include financial and credit analysis, complex financial modeling, term-sheet and financing-document negotiation, due diligence coordination, syndication support, deal closing, risk and policy compliance, and client engagement. The role collaborates with relationship managers, sector bankers, advisors, lenders, legal teams, risk management, treasury, and loan operations.
