Provide regional tax advisory and oversight for ING Wholesale Banking across Asia, focusing on Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan and South Korea. Advise on cross-border tax, transfer pricing, BEPS/Pillar Two, withholding taxes, tax clauses, entity restructurings, compliance, audits, SOX controls, IFRS tax reporting and stakeholder communication with CFOs and Head Office.

Lead origination and execution of financial-institution advisory mandates (M&A, investments, bancassurance). Manage pitch preparation, financial modelling, transaction documentation, project management, client liaison, quality control, and mentoring of junior staff while ensuring compliance with ING policies.

Lead regional external communications and brand experience for APAC: manage media relations and PR agencies, develop strategic communications and key messaging, create content, oversee channels (intranet, website, LinkedIn), handle crisis communications, and engage internal and external stakeholders.
