Lead sales of eBooks and digital journals in Singapore: develop and execute territory sales strategies, build library and platform relationships, mentor sales staff, collaborate cross-functionally, analyze market trends, and meet revenue and profitability targets.

Develop and produce conference programmes and editorial content for exhibitions: research topics, recruit speakers, create and edit content, manage budgets, coordinate marketing/sponsorship, oversee on-site delivery and partner collaborations.

Support sales teams with contract/invoice processing, CRM (Salesforce) and EMS support, data entry, reporting and analysis, floorplan and exhibitor management, stakeholder liaison, and event on-site support to ensure smooth event execution.
