Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT to capture, analyze, and translate business requirements into system solutions. Improve operational efficiency by applying strong analytical skills, hands-on system experience, and domain knowledge of insurance distribution and compensation processes.

Conduct post-sale telephone and digital surveys to verify client understanding, audit advisers for regulatory compliance and suitability, identify misselling risks, document findings, escalate breaches, and share insights to improve training and sales practices.

Support the manager in complex fit & proper assessments and framework reviews under the MAS Representative Notification Framework. Conduct candidate due diligence, recommend suitability, escalate adverse findings, ensure documentation completeness, liaise with candidates and hiring managers, provide reports and statistics, perform periodic checks and monitoring, handle audit requests, and support process improvements and other assigned projects.
