Manage monthly end-to-end payroll processing, including overtime, allowances, CPF, tax deductions, reconciliations, statutory submissions, claims, and employee inquiries. Administer benefits programs, renewals, enrollments, and provider relationships. Support HR compliance reporting, audits, governance reviews, and employment legislation adherence. Develop SOPs and contribute to HR process improvement, system implementation, digitalization, and automation projects while maintaining confidential and accurate records.

Assess, negotiate, and settle general insurance claims within delegated authority. Ensure prompt, fair, and reasonable outcomes; coordinate with surveyors, loss adjusters, and assistance companies; escalate suspicious cases; and support exception and productivity reporting.

Assess and negotiate General Insurance claims within delegated authority limits, ensuring prompt, fair, and reasonable settlements. Liaise with surveyors, loss adjusters, assistance companies, and other external service providers. Identify and escalate suspicious claims for investigation, and support supervisors with exception and daily productivity reports.
