Lead planning and execution of consumer promotions to drive sales. Build business cases from data insights, design promotion mechanics and creative, oversee campaign setup and testing, track budgets and performance, coordinate with stakeholders (digital, product, legal, technical), manage gifts/vouchers and procurement, and deliver post-campaign analysis and optimization.

Perform end-to-end business analysis: elicit and document requirements, analyze processes, support solution design and UAT, manage defects and change, prepare user documentation, train operations users, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and mentor junior BAs to ensure effective implementation and adoption of operational solutions.

Lead and manage complex investigations into market and non-market conduct, coordinate regulatory submissions and MAS engagements, liaise with business units and stakeholders, track remediation actions, identify systemic control gaps, and improve investigation methodologies and reporting.
