Drive sales growth and territory performance for joint replacement medical devices in Singapore. Develop territory and account plans, manage strategic customer relationships, forecast sales, support procedures, provide market intelligence, deliver product and clinical training, collaborate on launches and marketing initiatives, and ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and AdvaMed guidelines.

Leads strategic internal and external communications for East Asia, including communications planning, executive visibility, content development, media relations, crisis and issues management, stakeholder engagement, and change communications. Manages town halls, newsletters, campaigns, agencies, and communication channels while measuring effectiveness through KPIs and analytics. Advises regional leadership and collaborates across multinational, multicultural teams to support business and reputation objectives.

Lead the East Asia internal controls program, assessing business and financial controls, identifying risks and deficiencies, and driving remediation. Maintain risk control matrices and audit documentation while partnering with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, HR, Compliance, and Technology teams. Lead process improvement, automation, governance initiatives, and regional training to strengthen control ownership and support compliant, efficient operations.
