Lead and scale the Orange Movement globally by building partnerships, mobilizing multi-year funding, maturing governance, running training and standards, and leading advocacy and convenings to achieve institutional sustainability.

Deliver mixed-methods impact measurement across IIX programs: design and conduct IDIs/FGDs, facilitate Theory of Change sessions, design surveys, clean and analyze quantitative data, build trackers/dashboards, triangulate evidence, and draft funder-facing impact and M&E reports. Support the Project Lead and coordinate field logistics, transcription, translation, and PDPA-compliant data handling.

The Freelance Grant Writer/Researcher will conduct research on development goals, synthesize findings, manage projects, and prepare reports for stakeholder distribution.
