Teams at Impact Investment Exchange

Lead financial reporting, planning and analysis, treasury, controls, compliance, audits, and financial operations across IIX entities and special purpose vehicles. Manage internal and outsourced finance teams, cash flows, statutory filings, investor reporting, financing obligations, and transaction support. Partner with business units and portfolio teams to assess forecasts, funding needs, risks, borrower repayments, provisions, and recoveries while improving finance processes and controls.

The Freelance Grant Writer/Researcher will conduct research on development goals, synthesize findings, manage projects, and prepare reports for stakeholder distribution.

The VP of Investor Relations manages investor engagement and reporting for IIX's Women's Livelihood Bonds and the Orange Climate Fund. Responsibilities include building investor relations, overseeing communications, coordinating fundraising efforts, and collaborating with investment teams to meet investor needs.
