Manage APAC direct and indirect tax compliance, including filings, audits, tax research, reconciliations, tax provisions, and deferred tax calculations. Advise internal stakeholders on legislation and tax impacts, liaise with tax authorities and consultants, and lead cross-functional projects involving business expansion, process design, reporting, and system enhancements. Collaborate with regional and US tax teams while supporting accurate and timely financial close and statutory audit activities.

Leads design and development of scalable cloud-based data and analysis platforms. Responsibilities include architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, documentation, unit testing, and Agile/Scrum collaboration. The role requires full-stack development expertise, strong Java skills, frontend framework experience, distributed databases, REST services, and cross-functional communication. Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD experience are preferred.

Leads commercial finance for the APAC region, partnering with senior leaders on strategy, planning, forecasting, resource allocation, investment decisions, pricing, profitability, and risk management. Oversees financial governance and compliance while leading and developing a high-performing regional finance team. Represents APAC on the global commercial finance leadership team and influences priorities across a complex, multinational matrixed organization.
