Lead regional growth marketing strategy across enterprise Tech Solutions, B2B2C partnerships, and B2C businesses. Develop demand generation, ABM, SEO, performance marketing, CRM, lifecycle, product marketing, and go-to-market programs across multiple markets. Establish KPIs, reporting, governance, and optimization processes while partnering with product, sales, leadership, and country teams. Lead agencies, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, support product launches, and mentor marketing team members.

Supports Igloo’s corporate strategy team in defining strategic direction across key business lines and markets. Responsibilities include identifying organic growth opportunities, developing inorganic growth strategies, conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses, and addressing complex business challenges. The intern will work directly with the Director of Corporate Strategy in a fast-paced insurtech startup environment and must be able to work independently, structure ambiguity, and deliver actionable insights.

Leads Igloo’s enterprise technology solutions portfolio, positioning, productisation roadmap, complex enterprise sales cycles, solution design, and commercial pipeline. Translates platform capabilities into business value for insurers, banks, fintechs, and digital platforms; oversees architecture, integrations, security posture, ROI cases, and implementation handoffs. Builds ecosystem partnerships and develops a solutions and enterprise go-to-market team across Southeast Asia.
