Own the product vision, roadmap, market-entry strategy, and commercial outcomes for IG’s Emerging Markets portfolio. Lead discovery and delivery across onboarding, KYC, funding, activation, retention, and reactivation while meeting regulatory obligations. Evaluate and launch new jurisdictions through localization, partnerships, and experimentation. Influence product, engineering, compliance, legal, marketing, finance, and operations stakeholders while representing emerging-market needs across the organization.

Own the Singapore product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap for a regulated retail trading platform. Lead customer discovery, onboarding, KYC, funding, activation, retention, experimentation, and product launches while balancing commercial goals with MAS, AML, suitability, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with engineering, legal, compliance, marketing, technology, and senior leadership to deliver market-specific propositions, improve customer growth and engagement, and represent Singapore’s needs across the APAC product organization.

Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value clients across emerging markets. Responsibilities include sourcing new clients, developing relationships, identifying commercial opportunities, attending client meetings and events, executing trades, responding to client queries, and maintaining accurate Salesforce records. The role requires fluent Cantonese, Mandarin, and English communication, strong relationship management and business development skills, and familiarity with financial products and regulated environments.
