Own product strategy, roadmap, design, UX research, and client experience across IG’s Australia, Japan, Singapore, and Emerging Markets businesses. Lead a large multi-market product and design organization, oversee localization, onboarding, KYC, funding, lifecycle growth, new product development, and platform consolidation. Partner with global product, engineering, commercial, and regional leadership teams while building the Singapore product hub and aligning product priorities with regulatory and commercial goals.

Leads a portfolio of strategic initiatives across APAC, from problem definition and business cases through execution and benefits realization. Builds commercial analyses, evaluates market and product expansion opportunities, develops cross-functional launch and transformation roadmaps, aligns senior stakeholders, identifies risks, and tracks KPIs and business outcomes. The role requires strong strategic judgment, analytical ability, stakeholder management, and knowledge of APAC markets, particularly within regulated financial services or fintech.

Leads organic growth across APAC, owning SEO, ASO, AI search visibility, CMS migration, CRO experimentation, and organic performance reporting. Develops market-specific strategies, protects rankings during migration, improves conversion rates, manages internal and agency teams, and partners with product, engineering, content, paid media, compliance, and local teams. The role also requires people leadership, senior stakeholder influence, analytical forecasting, and ownership of organic acquisition outcomes.
