Lead multiple production cells to meet production, quality, cost, and safety goals. Plan schedules, manpower, budgets, and capacity; drive continuous improvement (5S, Poka-Yoke, yield, OTD); resolve quality/workmanship issues; manage staffing, training, and performance for a large manufacturing team in the semiconductor industry.

Support product transfer and new product introduction by developing and implementing manufacturing methods, tooling, and test equipment. Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve technical and quality issues, create work instructions in the MES, perform PFMEA and risk assessments, provide floor-level assembly and test support, and ensure production readiness and documentation release.

The IT Helpdesk Specialist manages end-user hardware and software updates, resolves technical issues, supports onboarding/offboarding, and maintains IT asset records while ensuring compliance and excellent user communication.
