The Cost Accounting Manager oversees cost accounting and inventory management, collaborates with teams to analyze financial data, supports budgeting and forecasting, and ensures compliance with regulations.

Manage end-to-end payroll including data validation, salary calculations, tax clearance, and timely disbursement. Validate attendance, shifts, overtime and leave with supervisors/HR and payroll vendor. Prepare payroll reports for audits, investigate discrepancies, respond to employee payroll inquiries, ensure labor law compliance, and support payroll system testing and improvements.

Provide administrative and operations support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment: coordinate production schedules, track inventory, handle logistics, maintain records, prepare reports, perform ERP/MES/WMS data entry, and liaise between manufacturing, engineering, quality, suppliers, and vendors.
