Supports manufacturing process development, new product introduction, process documentation, continuous improvement, prototype validation, issue resolution, and automation projects involving robotics and PLC applications. The intern evaluates tooling, costs, time standards, drawings, and process requirements while helping improve productivity, quality, efficiency, and manufacturability in a high-precision manufacturing environment.

Manages high-volume accounts payable activities, including supplier invoice and payment processing, account reconciliations, invoice matching, discrepancy resolution, month-end close support, audit documentation, tax-related matters, and accurate financial recordkeeping. Uses Oracle ERP and Excel while collaborating with internal teams and suppliers, safeguarding confidential information, and supporting daily accounting operations.

Supports the Logistics Manager in overseeing warehousing, shipping, inventory accuracy, material flow, MHE safety, audits, documentation, and cost-saving initiatives. Coordinates with planning, manufacturing, procurement, and external partners to maintain inventory levels and material availability. Investigates discrepancies, improves warehouse processes, establishes SOPs, and ensures compliance with safety, regulatory, customs, and audit requirements.
