Supervise internal and outsourced helpdesk teams supporting approximately 2,000 global employees. Manage SMAX ticketing, troubleshooting, SLAs, escalations, onboarding and offboarding, IT assets, compliance, documentation, and knowledge bases. Collaborate on IT infrastructure projects and enterprise tool deployments, including Office 365, RMM, and endpoint security. Coach team members and promote ITIL best practices, incident prevention, and service restoration.

Manage strategic suppliers and outsource partners across performance, cost, capacity, contracts, forecasting, launches, and transfers. Oversee replenishment, safety stock, Kanban, and ERP parameters while resolving supply risks. Lead supply chain improvement, NPI, product transfer, ECO, cost reduction, and value-chain optimization initiatives. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and develop mitigation plans for capacity, material, lead-time, and delivery challenges.

Leads the Singapore HR team and oversees HR operations, governance, payroll processes, HR systems, employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, performance programs, workforce analytics, and employee engagement. Partners with senior leaders on organizational design, transformation, and people strategies while ensuring compliance with Singapore employment regulations. Manages complex employee matters, develops HR team capability, drives Oracle HCM improvements, and presents workforce insights to leadership.
