Lead and develop a planning team to create realistic production plans aligned with demand, capacity, materials and business priorities. Manage order execution, material availability, cross-functional alignment, risk mitigation and continuous improvement to optimize inventory, production flow and customer service.

Perform assembly and testing of gas panels and related hardware in a cleanroom, interpreting schematics and drawings, conducting leak and functional tests, supporting CI and safety, and meeting production, quality, and delivery targets.

Manage programs and projects from initiation through customer fulfillment. Coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee shipments, monitor schedules and budgets, manage backlog and resources, assess demand/risk, compile management reports, and ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Lead quality planning, assurance, and control for equipment manufacturing in the semiconductor industry. Develop quality plans, perform audits and inspections (ISO 9001, SEMI), implement inspection protocols, analyze data for root causes, drive corrective/preventive actions using 8D/Fishbone/Pareto, and support continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma). Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and stakeholders, provide training, and maintain quality documentation and metrics.

The QC Engineer develops quality plans, conducts audits, monitors production, implements protocols, and leads improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance in the semiconductor industry.

Manage supplier quality performance including DPPM, NCRs, and SCARs; lead investigations, containment, root cause analysis, and corrective actions; verify CAPA effectiveness; support supplier audits and qualifications; track supplier documentation and metrics; collaborate with SCM, Engineering, and Operations on NPI and production; train suppliers and escalate risks as needed.

Lead and maintain the Quality Management System, develop and implement QC processes, perform inspections and audits, drive corrective actions, approve testing and documentation, and manage personnel and customer change/qualification activities for Singapore and Malaysia expansions.

Lead cross-functional programs to deploy and scale manufacturing capabilities across global sites, covering NPI, volume readiness, system installation (orbital welding, electropolish), 5M&E assessments, business case development, Gantt-based project planning, risk mitigation, stakeholder engagement, and executive reporting to ensure regulatory, safety, and quality compliance.

Lead multiple production cells to meet production, quality, cost, and safety goals. Plan schedules, manpower, budgets, and capacity; drive continuous improvement (5S, Poka-Yoke, yield, OTD); resolve quality/workmanship issues; manage staffing, training, and performance for a large manufacturing team in the semiconductor industry.
