Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and stakeholders, provide training, and maintain quality documentation and metrics.

Oversee customer programs and production planning to ensure on-time delivery. Manage demand forecasts, material availability, production schedules, backlog prioritization, and program milestones. Coordinate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, and Customer Service. Prepare reports, analyze operational data, identify risks and bottlenecks, support forecasting and mitigation planning, and drive continuous improvement.

The QC Engineer develops quality plans, conducts audits, monitors production, implements protocols, and leads improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance in the semiconductor industry.

Oversee production activities to meet goals for output, quality, and cost. Plan schedules, manpower, budgets, and priorities. Manage, develop, and evaluate staff; ensure equipment efficiency, materials supply, and shift/OT coverage.

Lead and maintain the Quality Management System, develop and implement QC processes, perform inspections and audits, drive corrective actions, approve testing and documentation, and manage personnel and customer change/qualification activities for Singapore and Malaysia expansions.
