Executive finance leader responsible for global financial strategy, accounting, tax, treasury, reporting, audits, risk and compliance across multiple jurisdictions. The CFO will manage capital allocation, liquidity, multi-currency consolidation, trading-related financial workflows, international regulatory adherence, and finance-team development while advising the Board and supporting scaling, funding, acquisitions, and tax optimization.

Lead qualitative UX research and hands-on prototyping for a complex risk and fraud management platform. Research professional Risk Managers, map complex workflows, synthesize findings, create high-fidelity interactive prototypes in Figma, and iteratively validate concepts. Partner with product managers, engineers, and domain experts to challenge assumptions, document decisions, and guide implementation. The role requires strong systems thinking, experience with dense data and high-consequence workflows, and 5–10+ years of relevant UX research and product design experience.

Drive new business and partnerships for IBMC by identifying international firms entering or scaling in Indonesia. Manage full sales cycle, build C-level relationships, craft consultative proposals with internal teams, represent the firm at events, maintain CRM records, and report on pipeline and market trends.
