Lead and manage legal and compliance across a global fintech group: draft, review, and negotiate contracts; ensure Singapore, international, and offshore regulatory compliance; advise Board and senior management on governance and cross-border risk; coordinate external counsel and regulators; and build standardized internal legal frameworks and compliance monitoring.

Drive new business and partnerships for IBMC by identifying international firms entering or scaling in Indonesia. Manage full sales cycle, build C-level relationships, craft consultative proposals with internal teams, represent the firm at events, maintain CRM records, and report on pipeline and market trends.

The CFO will partner with the Board to lead global financial strategy, oversee accounting, tax, treasury, reporting, audits, compliance, and risk management across multiple jurisdictions while scaling a high-performance finance team and optimizing capital and liquidity.
