The CFO will partner with the Board to lead global financial strategy, oversee accounting, tax, treasury, reporting, audits, compliance, and risk management across multiple jurisdictions while scaling a high-performance finance team and optimizing capital and liquidity.

Own end-to-end enterprise SaaS sales in Singapore/region for ERP, CRM, and supply chain solutions. Hunt and generate enterprise retail leads, conduct consultative discovery, collaborate with technical teams to craft AI-driven solutions, manage pipeline and forecasts, and identify regional market expansion opportunities.

Provide legal and compliance oversight for a Singapore-established group across multiple jurisdictions, drafting and managing contracts, advising management and the Board on governance and cross-border compliance, liaising with external counsel and regulators, and establishing internal legal frameworks and monitoring processes.
