Leads electrical engineering for new product introduction programs, owning PCA design, schematic and layout reviews, validation, system integration, quality, reliability, and technical risk management. Drives design reviews, failure analysis, corrective actions, and compliance with SI/PI, EMC/EMI, thermal, DfX, and manufacturability requirements. Collaborates with mechanical, firmware, operations, suppliers, and global engineering teams to deliver robust products from concept through production.

Designs and delivers mechanical products and assemblies from concept through production, ensuring functionality, reliability, safety, performance, cost, and schedule targets. Develops validation and test plans covering tolerances, form, fit, vibration, electromagnetic interference, acoustics, power, and reliability. Leads mechanical engineering teams and outsourced partners, manages suppliers, resolves design issues, improves processes, documents results, and mentors junior engineers.
