Manage small, low-risk IBMS/BMS projects or work packages from planning through commissioning. Maintain WBS, risk/opportunity registers, project documentation, ETC/EAC, and program of works. Coordinate subcontractors, supply chain, engineering, and customers; ensure codes, safety, SOPs and cost control; implement HBS Project Management Methodology via ProjectVision to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Provides high-level administrative support to the Vice President and General Manager across ASEAN and East Asia. Responsibilities include complex calendar and travel coordination, leadership meeting support, confidential communications, engagement committees, employee events, town halls, visitor logistics, document preparation, and process improvement. The role requires strong judgment, discretion, organization, communication, and the ability to coordinate stakeholders across a regional multinational environment.

Lead and deliver industrial cyber security managed services: monitor SIEM, perform advanced investigations and incident response, develop playbooks and remediation recommendations, assist forensics, tune detections, produce reports, and hire/train/mentor SOC analysts while acting as L4 escalation.
