Lead procurement and strategic sourcing for Honeywell Building Solutions: identify and qualify suppliers, run RFQs, negotiate contracts and pricing, convert requisitions to POs, monitor subcontractor performance, drive savings and e-procurement adoption, develop commodity strategies, and ensure compliance with policies and HSE practices.

Design, develop, and deploy full-stack applications and microservices on Azure. Build APIs, ensure performance and security, use containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), apply TDD and Agile practices, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with globally distributed teams.

Manage small, low-risk IBMS/BMS projects or work packages from planning through commissioning. Maintain WBS, risk/opportunity registers, project documentation, ETC/EAC, and program of works. Coordinate subcontractors, supply chain, engineering, and customers; ensure codes, safety, SOPs and cost control; implement HBS Project Management Methodology via ProjectVision to deliver projects on time and within scope.
