Manage onboard marketing execution and guest communications across signage, onboard TV, print materials, the Navigator app, and push notifications. Ensure brand consistency, content accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely voyage-related updates. Oversee print shop operations, budgeting, inventory, reporting, and team training. Coordinate marketing, PR, partnership initiatives, and content capture while collaborating with shoreside teams and representing the brand at guest events.

Manage day-to-day HR operations onboard, supervise HR coordinator, administer crew embarkation/disembarkation, maintain crew records in Fidelio/MAPS, handle welfare programs and events, support employee relations, ensure compliance with MLC and safety regulations, and prepare personnel reports for shipboard and shoreside teams.

The Front Desk Manager oversees guest services operations, ensuring premium service and compliance with company standards while supervising staff and handling guest relations.
