Develop automation machine software covering machine control, robot control, and vision inspection. Support system installation, commissioning, qualification, validation, circuit design, machine setup, troubleshooting, and overseas field support. Manage automation projects or submodules, communicate progress and issues to stakeholders, resolve technical problems, and develop high-performance vision algorithms as an advantage.

Lead transformer project execution from order handover through closure, managing schedules, budgets, quality, safety, risks, milestones, documentation, testing, shipment, commissioning, invoicing, and customer payments. Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, commercial, service, customers, and other stakeholders across multiple concurrent projects. Maintain customer relationships, provide progress updates, resolve issues, and support continuous improvement.

Manages contracts across rail projects and bids from tender through post-contract stages. Reviews and advises on agreements, claims, extensions of time, variations, contract deliverables, milestones, and project risks. Partners with project and bid managers, prepares progress reports, supports procurement activities, and handles contract agreements, MOUs, NDAs, and team agreements. Requires strong stakeholder management, analytical, communication, reporting, organizational, and Microsoft Office skills.
