Develop and price customized automation and build-to-print projects, prepare detailed technical proposals and cost estimates, liaise with vendors and customers, support engineering and sales through technical input, site visits, and presentations, and define project scope for handoff to project management.

Manage power transformer and electrical service projects from sales handover through financial closure, overseeing schedules, budgets, risks, warranties, contracts, claims, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning engineering, manufacturing, logistics, testing, dispatch, supply chain, and finance. Serve as the primary customer contact, manage maintenance and spare-parts schedules, resolve complaints, document lessons learned, and ensure health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements are met.

Lead and enforce RAMS safety strategy for rail signalling projects. Perform hazard and safety analyses, define safety requirements, review test and deployment plans, manage RAM demonstration and KPI reporting, and coordinate with customers and stakeholders.
