Supports the People team with recruitment coordination, campus events, onboarding, HR documentation, Workday maintenance, reporting, employee communications, events, invoices, and ad hoc HR projects. The intern will collaborate with regional teams and departments while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, and strong administrative organization. This is a minimum six-month, full-time hybrid internship in Singapore.

Leads office operations across Singapore, Bangkok, and Jakarta, overseeing client services, facilities, document services, legal support, and regional operational projects. Manages teams and secretary allocations, partners with senior stakeholders, improves service quality and efficiency, and drives strategic change through AI and emerging technologies. Responsibilities also include physical security, business continuity, employee engagement, and operational coverage across Southeast Asia.

Provide transactional project finance and related banking advice for energy, infrastructure and PPP transactions. Draft, review and negotiate finance documentation, support due diligence and multi‑jurisdictional coordination, work with partners on deal execution, assist client development and knowledge sharing, and explore AI and legal technology to improve efficiency.
