Lead end-to-end talent acquisition and people operations for a remote, contractor-centric organization. Responsibilities include sourcing and closing candidates, managing interviews and test projects, optimizing recruiting channels, monitoring employer brand, reporting hiring metrics, designing scalable people systems, workforce planning, performance frameworks, onboarding, retention, and leadership enablement. The role owns the talent and people functions with one direct report and partners closely with executives during company growth.

Lead the development of people systems and strategies to support organizational growth. Responsible for talent attraction, development, retention, and enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction.

Lead the finance function at Hadley Designs by building scalable systems, managing cash flow, and driving profitability to support growth.
