Owns the full finance function for a growing e-commerce brand, including financial reporting, cash forecasting, budgeting, profitability improvement, process automation, SOP development, systems implementation, dashboards, and cross-functional financial planning. Lead end-to-end talent acquisition and people operations for a remote, contractor-centric organization. Responsibilities include sourcing and closing candidates, managing interviews and test projects, optimizing recruiting channels, monitoring employer brand, reporting hiring metrics, designing scalable people systems, workforce planning, performance frameworks, onboarding, retention, and leadership enablement. The role owns the talent and people functions with one direct report and partners closely with executives during company growth.

Lead design and implementation of scalable people systems, workforce planning, performance and development frameworks, talent experience and retention programs, data-driven workforce insights, and partnerships with external providers to support Hadley Designs’ growth and culture.
