Manage risk-based internal audits across banking products, credit, treasury, AML/CFT, outsourcing, and corporate functions. Plan and execute audit reviews, assess controls and regulations, document workpapers, draft findings and reports, and advise senior stakeholders. Maintain GRC workflows, develop AI-enabled audit use cases, assess AI-related risks, support thematic reviews and investigations, and drive data analytics capabilities.

Analyze sanctions and financial crime screening alerts, monitor financial transactions, investigate potential red flags, and develop knowledge of AML and KYC concepts. The role supports Financial Crime Compliance initiatives, including opportunities to use AI and technology to improve efficiency. This 12-month contract offers hands-on exposure to AML operations and may lead to a permanent position.

As a Legal Counsel, you will provide legal strategies, lead M&A negotiations, oversee compliance in product launches, and manage legal disputes, all within a banking environment.
