Lead and maintain the bank's BCM programme, review BCP/DR strategies, coordinate BIAs and resilience testing, integrate cyber/operational metrics into ERM, support regulatory alignment (MAS/ISO 22301), participate in industry crisis exercises, and assist audits and inspections.

As a Legal Counsel, you will provide legal strategies, lead M&A negotiations, oversee compliance in product launches, and manage legal disputes, all within a banking environment.
