Maintain detailed client records, identify product and feature needs, communicate market and competitor insights, and influence the product roadmap. The role requires independent process building, strong written communication, and rapid fluency in complex financial products such as derivatives and perpetual swaps.

Lead company-wide performance intelligence: build central dashboards and KPI frameworks, produce executive reports, run deep metric analyses (P&L, funnels, retention), create forecasts and ROI models, and design self-serve data infrastructure and automation to guide strategic decisions and resource allocation.

Lead institutional sales to funds, prop trading firms, market makers, and family offices. Build and manage institutional relationships, negotiate commercial terms, drive onboarding and activation, coordinate with Product/Engineering/Operations, monitor market structure and competitor dynamics, scale institutional sales processes, and represent GRVT at industry events to grow institutional pipeline and liquidity.
