Own quantitative trading, market-making, and risk product strategies from design through live production. Lead backtesting, execution optimization, P&L, risk monitoring, incident response, and post-incident remediation. Build optimized Python and C++ research and execution systems, validate implementations, and partner with engineering on low-latency infrastructure. Provide cross-functional product leadership across trading, margining, liquidation, lending, and systemic risk products.

Design, implement, test, and operate production trading systems. Own correctness, reliability, and operability of features. Resolve ambiguity, write clear maintainable code, participate in incident response and durable fixes, and collaborate through code reviews and design discussions.

Manage a portfolio of named accounts, driving account value and profitability through structured engagement, discovery, tailored commercial solutions, and deal execution. Maintain detailed client records, identify product and feature needs, communicate market and competitor insights, and influence the product roadmap. The role requires independent process building, strong written communication, and rapid fluency in complex financial products such as derivatives and perpetual swaps.

Lead company-wide performance intelligence: build central dashboards and KPI frameworks, produce executive reports, run deep metric analyses (P&L, funnels, retention), create forecasts and ROI models, and design self-serve data infrastructure and automation to guide strategic decisions and resource allocation.

Lead institutional sales to funds, prop trading firms, market makers, and family offices. Build and manage institutional relationships, negotiate commercial terms, drive onboarding and activation, coordinate with Product/Engineering/Operations, monitor market structure and competitor dynamics, scale institutional sales processes, and represent GRVT at industry events to grow institutional pipeline and liquidity.

Lead creative strategy for product launches and growth campaigns: translate positioning into memorable concepts, use funnel data to pressure-test ideas, direct visual and motion direction across channels, and align launches to business goals (adoption, activation, revenue). Collaborate cross-functionally to build reusable creative frameworks.
