Coordinate APAC employee onboarding by managing new hire and manager communications, calendars, orientation sessions, onsite logistics, stakeholder coordination, and onboarding resources. Maintain regional schedules, internal documentation, office guidance, and process accuracy across Singapore, India, Australia, and other APAC locations. Partner with HR, IT, Workplace, Recruiting, Facilities, and People teams to resolve issues and deliver consistent onboarding experiences.

Build and manage a regional pipeline of advanced OpenAI users, cultivate trusted relationships, run interviews and qualitative research, document workflows, surface product insights, and translate high-signal use cases into internal recommendations and published stories. Create community opportunities, coordinate with product/research/storytelling teams, and maintain privacy and consent while operating independently across the APAC region.
