Partners with recruiting, events, workplace, and hiring teams to deliver consistent candidate experiences. Uses Swoogo and AI tools to streamline workflows and improve regional recruiting operations.

Source and engage exceptional business talent across APAC, focusing on sales, policy, communications, legal, finance, operations, marketing, and technical success roles. Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to develop sourcing strategies, conduct targeted searches, manage candidate relationships through onsite interviews, maintain pipeline health, and support recruiting projects and events. The role is based in Singapore with a hybrid schedule.

Coordinate APAC employee onboarding by managing new hire and manager communications, calendars, orientation sessions, onsite logistics, stakeholder coordination, and onboarding resources. Maintain regional schedules, internal documentation, office guidance, and process accuracy across Singapore, India, Australia, and other APAC locations. Partner with HR, IT, Workplace, Recruiting, Facilities, and People teams to resolve issues and deliver consistent onboarding experiences.
