Green Hills is a resident-owned 55+ Life Plan Community in Ames, Iowa, operating on a 33-acre wooded campus. It provides independent living townhomes and apartments, with priority access to assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and long-term care as residents’ needs change. Its mission is to enhance residents’ lives through a high-quality continuum of care, wellness, education, cultural experiences, and community.
