Senior Analyst responsible for non-financial regulatory reporting across Japan and Asia, ensuring accuracy and compliance, collaborating with middle office, sales, Technology, and regulators, improving processes and automating reporting where possible.

Support Singapore regional compliance team ensuring adherence to MAS regulations. Implement and oversee centralized compliance programs, drive regulatory initiatives, manage audits and regulatory interactions, coordinate responses to consultations, engage industry bodies, and handle corporate governance and cross-divisional compliance projects.

Execute daily client assets computations and controls, investigate exceptions, and coordinate remediation with Ops, Engineering, Legal and Compliance. Ensure regulatory compliance with Japan, Australia and other Asia client assets rules, support audits and regulatory requests, and implement process and control improvements.
