Own and evolve the company's core SaaS business applications (CRM, ERP/finance, HRIS, ticketing). Lead integrations, data synchronisation, access controls, vendor management, and user adoption. Drive automation and AI adoption across Delivery while ensuring security, compliance, and reliable operations.

Lead Customer Success to own onboarding, vendor-managed delivery, and client-portal support. Build scalable playbooks, manage vendor SLAs and performance, drive client advocacy and escalation, ensure compliance integration, and mentor teams to deliver high retention, fast time-to-live, and high client satisfaction.

As Global Head of People and Talent, you will define and deliver a global People strategy, leading HR functions across multiple regions, driving organizational design, talent strategy, and innovation using AI. You'll collaborate with senior management to shape an award-winning culture and ensure global compliance.
