Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to adoption, develop account plans, coordinate pre- and post-sales teams, manage pipeline and forecasts, partner with channel organizations, and act as voice of the customer to drive expansion and successful deployments of GitLab.

Trusted technical advisor for prospects and customers across Asia, leading technical discovery, solution design, proofs of value, workshops, and platform adoption for GitLab's AI-powered DevSecOps platform. Collaborate with sales and product teams, advise on modern CI/CD, security, and cloud practices, and represent customer needs back to Product and Engineering. Mandarin fluency required for engagement in Singapore and Taiwan.

Senior individual-contributor who partners with enterprise and government customers in Singapore to drive GitLab adoption, shape multi-year DevSecOps and cloud platform strategy, resolve escalations, deliver technical enablement, and influence retention and expansion through executive-level engagement and measurable success plans.
