Provide legal support for APJ commercial and technology transactions, negotiate complex SaaS and AI-related agreements, manage cross-border and Japan-specific contracting, develop APJ templates and playbooks, advise Sales and stakeholders, coordinate outside counsel, and train regional teams on contracting practices.

Lead and grow a distributed Solutions Architecture team across Asia and India. Act as a player-coach on strategic pre-sales opportunities, run technical evaluations, demos, workshops, and POCs, align cross-functionally, manage resourcing and KPIs, hire and develop talent, and scale regional operating practices to drive technical wins and customer confidence in GitLab's DevSecOps platform.
