The role also assists with presentations, events, partner outreach, project timelines, and early-stage sales pipeline development.

Supports global product operations by maintaining ERP and SKU data, resolving labeling workflows, coordinating import permits and customs documentation, monitoring shipments, provisioning test hardware, and tracking partner feedback and project deliverables. The role collaborates with internal teams, freight forwarders, customs brokers, regional partners, and project leads across Southeast Asia and APAC.
