Lead planning and implementation of lean manufacturing in gene synthesis/production. Apply lean tools (5S, Kaizen, VSM), analyze bottlenecks, run efficiency improvement projects, standardize and automate processes, organize lean training, collaborate cross-functionally, and provide operational support and documentation.

As a Sales Account Manager, you will develop new accounts, increase market share, implement sales strategies, and achieve sales goals in Singapore while collaborating with technical support and channel partners.

Perform plasmid-related experiments (extraction, colony screening, sequencing) following SOPs; maintain lab equipment and supplies; troubleshoot processes and equipment; track OTD and KPIs; support continuous process improvements and production/R&D workflows; follow safety and shift schedule requirements.
