Supports protein sciences R&D projects through experimental design, literature review, mammalian cell culture, protein production and purification, and biochemical and biophysical characterization. Maintains experimental records, reports, SOPs, and laboratory information systems while supporting inventory, safety, process development, technology transfer, and cross-functional collaboration with Production, QC, and OE teams.

Conducts biotechnology research experiments involving cell culture, protein purification, protein concentration testing, SDS-PAGE, Western blotting, endotoxin testing, HPLC, and LC-MS. Analyzes experimental data, documents results, supports multiple R&D projects, maintains laboratory hygiene and equipment, replenishes supplies, and follows safety protocols and SOPs.

Perform mammalian cell culture and protein expression experiments, operate bioreactors and centrifuges, purify recombinant proteins using chromatography, and analyze quality with Western blot and SDS-PAGE. Maintain lab equipment, document protocols/results, follow safety procedures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
