Manage and grow sales and relationships with Genetec customers, partners, and integrators across Singapore/SE Asia. Develop territory and vertical accounts, track opportunities, respond to RFIs/RFQs, prepare proposals, coordinate with technical support, maintain CRM data, monitor customer satisfaction, and stay current on product, market, and compliance trends.

Provide post-sales technical support via phone, email, chat and on-site. Diagnose and resolve hardware, networking, storage and software issues, escalate critical incidents, document tickets and assist R&D. Perform installations, deployments, training, and customer-facing professional services for Genetec security solutions.

As a Partner Success Specialist, you will manage partner relationships, coordinate pre-sales and training activities, and oversee SDK integration processes.
