Coordinate APAC order fulfillment, forecasting, logistics, customs compliance, and post-sales operations. Use Dynamics 365 to process orders and RMAs, liaise with Sales, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and compliance teams, manage shipments with freight partners, and maintain certification records (ACMA, EESS).

Provide post-sales technical and field support for Genetec security solutions: diagnose and resolve software/hardware issues, perform on-site installs and PoCs, maintain customer relationships, document cases, collaborate with R&D, and contribute to product and support improvements.

Lead APAC marketing to increase brand visibility, drive demand, align with sales and partners, run digital and partner programs, manage agencies and budgets, and develop the regional marketing team.
