The Senior HR Partner advises leaders across Southeast Asia and Greater China on workforce planning, organizational design, talent strategy, employee relations, performance management, compensation, organizational change, and local employment compliance. The role provides coaching, HR analytics, stakeholder guidance, and support for regional and global people initiatives. It requires strong multinational HR business partnering experience, knowledge of Asian employment practices, proficiency with HR systems and productivity tools, and travel to key offices as needed.

Leads Genesys’ Asia Solution Consulting organization, managing and developing a high-performing team that supports sales growth. Partners with Sales, Product, Engineering, and regional leadership to execute go-to-market strategies, deliver tailored AI and CCaaS solutions, strengthen customer and partner relationships, and improve consulting processes. Represents Genesys at customer engagements and industry events while monitoring performance metrics, guiding innovation, and ensuring strong domain expertise.

The Senior Solution Consultant supports complex enterprise sales by conducting technical discovery, workshops, demos, RFx responses, solution design, and architecture documentation. The role maps customer business and technical needs to Genesys solutions, develops reusable integrations and infrastructure solutions, and presents business value to executive stakeholders. Responsibilities include leading presales teams, creating sizing calculations and diagrams, advising on CCaaS and AI technologies, and collaborating with sales, partners, architects, engineers, and services teams.
