Drive net-new enterprise software revenue by owning complex, multi-million-dollar sales cycles. Build executive relationships, develop territory and prospecting plans, generate pipeline, forecast and close deals, and coordinate cross-functional resources. Sell Cloud/SaaS and AI-powered CX solutions (CCaaS, WEM, conversational AI, CRM), lead team-selling initiatives, and support upsell and long-term account strategies. Travel up to 50% and work in a hybrid environment.

Serve as the regional Total Rewards expert for Asia Pacific, partnering with HR, Payroll, Finance and vendors to design and execute compensation and benefits programs, ensure compliance, lead market benchmarking, support governance, drive operational improvements, and advise on equity, incentives and M&A-related rewards matters.

Lead APAC digital Customer Success team to drive adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion using digital-first, AI-driven self-service and automation. Monitor health and trends via Gainsight, Salesforce, Tableau and GenAssist, scale success practices, coach India sub-region, and partner with Sales, Renewals, Professional Services to deliver measurable customer outcomes and revenue growth.
