Lead APAC digital Customer Success team to drive adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion using digital-first, AI-driven self-service and automation. Monitor health and trends via Gainsight, Salesforce, Tableau and GenAssist, scale success practices, coach India sub-region, and partner with Sales, Renewals, Professional Services to deliver measurable customer outcomes and revenue growth.

Lead AI-driven CX transformation for strategic APAC customers: design reference architectures, run discovery and prototyping, integrate Genesys AI with CRM/ERP and cloud systems, measure KPIs, ensure security and compliance, and mentor teams to operationalize AI solutions.

Lead and scale an APAC specialist sales team to drive adoption of AI-driven experience orchestration. Define engagement models with AEs, influence go-to-market and territory strategy, support high-value enterprise deals, translate customer challenges into scalable AI use cases with measurable business outcomes, and collaborate cross-functionally to refine product and messaging.

Lead strategic AI and experience orchestration engagements to accelerate sales adoption of Genesys AI. Advise customers on AI use cases, run workshops and proofs of concept, support deal strategy, enable field programs, create sales materials, and partner cross-functionally to drive measurable CX outcomes.
